Second Baptist posted their biggest victory since November 24, 2023 on Friday. They breezed by Kelly Catholic on the road to the tune of 87-31. With Second Baptist ahead 50-17 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.
Dyllan Thompson continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 25 points and 12 rebounds. He is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last five games he's played. Another player making a difference was Will Goulsby, who scored 13 points along with seven rebounds.
Meanwhile, St. John XXIII's recent rough patch got a bit rougher last Friday after their fourth straight loss. They fell to Kelly Catholic 46-40.
