Basketball Recap: Caddo Mills Takes a Loss

Caddo Mills lost against Commerce last Thursday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Caddo Mills Foxes fell 69-57 to the Commerce Tigers. While losing is never fun, the Foxes can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 1233rd, while the Tigers are ranked 442nd).

Caddo Mills' loss dropped their record down to 3-12. As for Commerce, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record this season.

Caddo Mills will be home for the holidays to greet Gunter at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Commerce, they will be taking part in a tournament against Tyler HEAT at 6:20 p.m. on Friday. Tyler HEAT will roll in looking for their 15th straight win, something Commerce surely won't give up without a fight.
