Russell County blew Campbellsville out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Tuesday Campbellsville got their revenge. The Russell County Lakers fell just short of the Campbellsville Eagles by a score of 11-9. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Lakers have suffered since April 16, 2024.

Brylie Hardwick was huge no matter where she played even without the win. On the mound, she tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits.
