Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Woodson). They enjoyed a cozy 40-22 victory over the Bard Falcons on Friday. That's more bragging rights for the Warriors, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The win got Woodson back to even at 2-2. As for Bard, they are on a 14-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Woodson will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Cardozo at 5:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025. Woodson is facing Cardozo at the right time seeing as Cardozo is stuck on a three-game losing streak. Bard also won't see the court for a while: their next game is against Anacostia at 5:30 p.m. on January 6, 2025.
