South Portland lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Windham, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Saturday's contest. The Red Riots' pitchers stepped up to hand the Eagles a 10-0 shutout on Saturday. The result was nothing new for the Red Riots, who have now won four matches by six runs or more so far this season.

Shea Healy looked comfortable as he pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Hudson Iacuessa, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs, two RBI, and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Jude Charltray, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double.

South Portland always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .517. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

The victory was the third in a row for South Portland, bringing their record up to 7-1. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.3 runs on average over those games. As for Windham, they are on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-9.
