Basketball Recap: Terry Snaps 12-Game Streak of Wins on the Road

It was a good run, but Terry unfortunately witnessed the end of their eight-game winning streak on Friday. They fell just short of the West Jones Mustangs by a score of 38-35. The Bulldogs were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Mustangs earlier this season, when they won 46-42.

Terry's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Madison Jones, who dropped a double-double on ten points and ten boards. Jones is also crushing it when it comes to blocks: she's posted at least two every time she's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Marleya Myers, who posted three points and three steals.

Terry's loss ended a 12-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 17-6. As for West Jones, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 22-4.

As of now, neither Terry nor West Jones have any future games scheduled.
