Softball Recap: Woodbridge Comes Up Short

If Woodbridge was feeling good fresh off their 7-1 takedown of Newport Harbor last Saturday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Woodbridge lost 8-0 to the Palos Verdes Sea Kings on Monday.

Woodbridge now has a losing record of 4-5-1. As for Palos Verdes, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-4.

Woodbridge has already played their next match, a 4-1 win against Irvine on the 25th. As for Palos Verdes, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 5-3 defeat against South on the 25th.
