Volleyball Recap: Meade River Takes a Loss

Meade River suffered their biggest loss since October 25th on Saturday. They came up short against the Kali Wolverines, falling 3-0. The Eagles' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Meade River was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Kali work for it, especially in the first set. The final score came out to 26-24, 25-17, 25-22.

Meade River's loss dropped their record down to 12-10. As for Kali, their victory bumped their record up to 9-7.

Coincidentally, Meade River and Kali will both be playing Nuiqsut Trapper the next time they take the court. The Wolverines will host the Trappers at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, while the Eagles will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
