Soccer Game Preview: Mountain Range vs. Prairie View + How To Watch

The Mountain Range Mustangs will venture away from home to challenge the Prairie View Thunderhawks at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Mountain Range's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for 12 straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Mountain Range took an eight-goal defeat the last time they faced off against Brighton, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Mustangs beat the Bulldogs by a goal, winning 1-0. The victory was some much needed relief for Mountain Range as it spelled an end to their 11-match losing streak.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Joshua Tsonev, who's now up to two this season.

Meanwhile, while it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Prairie View was not quite Boulder's equal in the second half on Tuesday. They lost 3-0 to the Panthers. That's two games in a row now that Prairie View have lost by exactly three goals.

Prairie View's loss dropped their record down to 4-8-1. As for Mountain Range, their win was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 2-11.

Mountain Range came up short against Prairie View in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, falling 2-0. Can the Mustangs avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
