Canon City has gone a perfect 3-0 against Sierra recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Tigers will welcome the Stallions at 7:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Meanwhile, Sierra was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They were dealt a 39-6 loss at the hands of Pueblo Central.

Canon City now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Sierra, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-8.

Friday's matchup might be decided on the ground. Canon City has been unstoppable on the ground this season, having averaged 220.4 rushing yards per game. However, it's not like Sierra struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 153.8 rushing yards. There's a good chance Friday's contest turns into a tough fight on the ground.
