Basketball Game Preview: Muckleshoot Tribal Kings vs. Summit Classical Christian School Archers

The Muckleshoot Tribal Kings are taking a road trip to square off against the Summit Classical Christian School Archers at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Muckleshoot Tribal comes in on three and Summit Classical Christian School on six.

Last Friday, Muckleshoot Tribal blew past Quilcene, posting a 40-11 victory. The Kings have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four games by 27 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Summit Classical Christian School's game on Saturday was all tied up 13-13 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They snuck past Sound Christian with a 37-32 win.

Summit Classical Christian School has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 19.4 points per game. As for Muckleshoot Tribal, their victory bumped their record up to 8-5.

Everything came up roses for Muckleshoot Tribal against Summit Classical Christian School in their previous meeting back in January of 2024, as the squad secured a 44-17 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Muckleshoot Tribal since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
