Volleyball Recap: Archbishop Riordan Has No Trouble Against Westmoor

Archbishop Riordan had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Westmoor on Tuesday. The Crusaders blew past the Rams 3-0. The Crusaders not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since March 17th (when they won 3-0).

Archbishop Riordan's got stronger as the match went on, holding Westmoor to fewer and fewer points set over set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-18, 25-15.

Archbishop Riordan's win bumped their record up to 6-11. As for Westmoor, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-8 record this season.

Archbishop Riordan will challenge Lincoln at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Westmoor does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
