Volleyball Recap: Summit Takes a Loss

Summit lost against Westfield back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Hilltoppers fell 2-0 to the Blue Devils.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-9.

Claire Jesionowski paced Summit's offense, picking up six kills. Jesionowski got some help from Mackenna Welsh and her seven assists.

Summit's loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Summit is set to take on their familiar foe Governor Livingston at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Westfield will face off against rival Elizabeth at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
