Middle Creek put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. Everything went their way against the Overhills Jaguars as the Middle Creek Mustangs made off with a 7-1 victory.

Will Tobin and Mason Morin did most of the damage at the plate: Tobin scored two runs and stole Two bases. while getting on base in two of his three plate appearances, while Morin scored a run and stole Two bases. while going 1-for-1. The team also got some help courtesy of Garrett Sladek, who scored two runs and stole Two bases.

Middle Creek's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 3-0. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Overhills, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.
