Ramsey won the last time they faced Sandoval and things went their way on Friday too. The Rams walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Blackhawks.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Ramsey was: they took both sets by at least 14 points. The final score came out to 25-9, 25-11.

Kelli Cook paced Ramsey's offense, picking up six kills. Cook got some help from Mia Waggoner and her 11 assists. Waggoner was also solid from the service line: she led the team with seven aces.

Ramsey's win bumped their record up to 6-8. As for Sandoval, they are on an 11-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.

Looking ahead, Ramsey will square off against Vandalia at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Sandoval, they will challenge Lebanon at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
