On Thursday, Buford earned a 2-0 victory over Johns Creek.

Buford not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Johns Creek between 19 and 20 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-20.

Meanwhile, Christ Presbyterian Academy narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past North Oldham 2-1.

Christ Presbyterian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Buford, their win bumped their record up to 8-0.
