The Roosevelt Mustangs will take on the La Serna Lancers at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Roosevelt comes in on four and La Serna on five.

Roosevelt's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Emma Goodland, who rushed for 143 yards on only nine carries. Roosevelt better keep an eye on Aubrie Baruch. She was instrumental in La Serna's win, rushing for 73 yards and two touchdowns, while also throwing for 62 yards and one TD.
La Serna didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off four passes before the game was over. Aleeah Barrientos led the group effort, picking up two of those interceptions all by herself. Haley Alvarez was another major factor on D, picking up two sacks and making five total tackles.
La Serna's win bumped their record up to 17-11-1. As for Roosevelt, their victory bumped their record up to 14-10.
