Williamsport dropped their record down to 9-5 on Friday, which also ended the team's four-game streak of wins. They took a 4-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the State College Little Lions. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, the Millionaires couldn't push the score so high this time.
As for State College, they pushed their record up to 9-4 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs on average over those games.
