On Wednesday Cash Martin struck out six batters over four innings while giving up just two earned (and five unearned) runs off two hits. The performance marked the most strikeouts Martin has had since back in March. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was his third in a row with more than five strikeouts. For the year, he has an ERA of 6.20 over 20.3 innings pitched.
