Basketball Recap: Perry County Vikings vs. McEwen Warriors
Perry County lost against McEwen back in November of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Perry County Vikings took a hard 68-49 fall against the McEwen Warriors. The Vikings have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Despite the loss, Perry County still got an impressive performance from Kenner Haston, who went 7-for-12 en route to 20 points along with six assists and six rebounds. What's more, Haston also racked up three steals, the most he's had since back in December of 2023. Landon Warren was another key player, going 6-for-12 to rack up 13 points.
Perry County's defeat dropped their record down to 9-15. As for McEwen, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 16-9.
