Minuteman Regional is 0-5 against Lynn Vo-Tech since September of 2023 but things could change on Tuesday. The Minuteman will look to defend their home court against the Tigers at 5:30 p.m. After the two teams made easy work of their previous opponents, one won't be so lucky on Tuesday.

While Minuteman Regional didn't have the best season last year (they finished 3-13), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Nashoba Valley Tech on Saturday. The win continues a trend for the Minuteman in their matchups with the Vikings: they've now won four in a row.

Minuteman Regional was especially dominant in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-16, 25-21.

Minuteman Regional can attribute much of their success to Cyrus Dickerson, who had ten digs and three aces. That's the most digs Dickerson has posted since back in September of 2024.

Dickerson wasn't the only good servers: Minuteman Regional was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 15 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces every time they've taken the court this season.

Meanwhile, Lynn Vo-Tech made easy work of Lowell Catholic on Thursday and carried off a 3-0 victory.

Lynn Vo-Tech never let Lowell Catholic on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-17, 25-22.

Minuteman Regional's win bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Lynn Vo-Tech, their victory bumped their record up to 8-2.
