Basketball Recap: Western Yell County Snaps Three-Game Streak of Wins on the Road

Western Yell County was the 49-34 winner over Magazine when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Western Yell County Wolverines took a 48-44 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Magazine Rattlers.

Western Yell County's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-9. As for Magazine, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-8.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Western Yell County will square off against Mulberry at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Magazine, they will face off against Cossatot River at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
