Basketball Recap: Kenosha Christian Life Comes Up Short

Kenosha Christian Life was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost 79-57 to the St. John's Northwestern Military Academy Lancers. The Eagles lost against the Lancers in their previous head to head back in January of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 55-54 score last time.

Wesley Chapman was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double with 51 points and 11 rebounds for St. John's Northwestern Military Academy. That makes it three consecutive games in which Chapman has scored at least a third of St. John's Northwestern Military Academy's points. Another player making a difference was Mamadou N'Diaye, who almost dropped a double-double with nine points and 15 boards.

Kenosha Christian Life's loss dropped their record down to 3-15. As for St. John's Northwestern Military Academy, their victory ended a 12-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 1-19.

Kenosha Christian Life has already played their next game, an 84-30 defeat against Lake Country Lutheran on the 18th. St. John's Northwestern Military Academy has also already played their next match (against University School of Milwaukee), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
