The Greenville H Hurricanes will head out on the road to square off against the Pickens Blue Flame at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Greenville H will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.
On Saturday, Greenville H made easy work of Greater Gwinnett Christian and carried off an 8-1 win. Considering the Hurricanes have won seven matchups by more than five runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Adam Greene spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered a run (which was unearned) on three hits and racked up six Ks. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, Greenville H let Richard Jacobs III and JJ Nixon run wild. Jacobs III scored a run while going 3-for-4, while Nixon scored two runs while going 2-for-4. That's the most hits Nixon has posted since back in March. Drake Martin also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.
Greenville H kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least eight hits in five consecutive contests.
Meanwhile, Pickens came up short against Liberty on Saturday, falling 16-5.
Griffin Duncan made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with one home run and two RBI. Matthew Cantrell was another key player, scoring a run while going 2-for-3.
Greenville H's record is now 10-8. As for Pickens, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record this season.
Greenville H's speedy runners might be the difference in Monday's matchup. The Hurricanes have been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 4.6 stolen bases per game. It's a different story for Pickens, though, as they've been averaging only 1.2 stolen bases. Will they be able to secure the bases, or will Greenville H continue to outrun the ball?
Greenville H couldn't quite get it done against Pickens when the teams last played back in March as they fell 5-1. Can the Hurricanes avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
