Lake Howell had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They blew past the Suncoast Chargers 3-0 on Friday. The win was nothing new for the Silverhawks as they're now sitting on 11 straight.

Lake Howell never let Suncoast on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-15, 25-23.

Lukas Christman paced Lake Howell's offense, picking up ten kills. Christman got some help from Zac Crandell and his 29 assists. Crandell also made an impact serving: he shared the team lead in aces with Camilo Gonzalez, racking up three apiece.

Lake Howell's victory bumped their record up to 28-2. As for Suncoast, the defeat snapped their winning streak at 19 games and leaves them with a 23-2 record.

Lake Howell has already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Reagan on the 17th. Suncoast does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
