Softball Recap: Piketon Redstreaks vs. Adena Warriors

Piketon lost against Adena on April 10th, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Piketon Redstreaks fell just short of the Adena Warriors by a score of 11-10. Piketon has not had much luck with Adena recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.

Paige Helton spent all ten innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered five earned (and six unearned) runs on 14 hits and racked up nine Ks. Those ten innings set a new season-high mark for her.
