Basketball Recap: Franklin Comes Up Short

Franklin was the 57-42 winner over Fort LeBoeuf when they last played one another back in December of 2025, but their luck changed this time around. The Knights took a 48-40 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bison on Tuesday.

Franklin's defeat dropped their record down to 8-8. As for Fort LeBoeuf, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 10-6.

Coming up, Franklin is taking a road trip to face off against Conneaut Area at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Fort LeBoeuf, they will challenge Oil City at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Bison will need to watch out since the Oilers have now posted at least 55 points in their last nine matchups.
