Basketball Recap: Port Charlotte Comes Up Short

Port Charlotte was the 70-27 winner over Bishop Verot when they last played one another back in January of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. The Pirates fell 40-28 to the Vikings on Monday.

Port Charlotte now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Bishop Verot, their win was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-0.

Coming up, Port Charlotte will venture away from home to square off against North Port at 7:00 p.m. on December 3. As for Bishop Verot, they will welcome Oasis at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
