Soccer Recap: Air Academy Starts Season with Win at Home + How To Watch

Air Academy took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Saturday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Falcon Falcons a 7-0 shutout. The win continues a trend for Air Academy in their matchups with Falcon: they've now won seven in a row.

Air Academy's offense was hitting Falcon from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Tyner Amerine led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

This is the second loss in a row for Falcon and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Coming up, Air Academy will venture away from home to square off against Denver East at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Falcon, they will square off against Mesa Ridge at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
