Basketball Recap: Steinmetz College Prep Comes Up Short

Steinmetz College Prep lost against Intrinsic back in November of 2018 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Steinmetz College Prep Silver Streaks took a 46-29 bruising from the Intrinsic Mustangs. The Silver Streaks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Steinmetz College Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Intrinsic, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Steinmetz College Prep will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Disney II at 5:00 p.m. on January 8, 2025. Steinmetz College Prep is facing Disney II at the right time seeing as Disney II is stuck on a five-game losing streak. Intrinsic also won't see the court for a while: their next match is against Bulls College Prep at 7:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
