Damari Drake Delivers Best Effort of Season
Damari Drake produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Evangel Christian Academy to the win on Thursday. Drake picked up a sack, made 17 total tackles (2.0 for loss), and defended a pass.
The victory was the fifth in a row for Evangel Christian Academy, bringing their record for this year to 6-5. Drake and Evangel Christian Academy will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Alexandria.

He has become a key player for Evangel Christian Academy: the team is 3-1 when he posts at least 300 passing yards, but 3-4 otherwise.

Another Captain Shreve player making an appearance on this list is Brodie Savage. He threw for 409 yards and four touchdowns while completing 71.8% of his passes, and also punched in a rushing score.
