Softball Recap: Regina Comes Up Short

Regina was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 9-0 to the Wilton Beavers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Beavers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 8-2 on Monday.

Regina's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Wilton, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-2.

Regina wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 5-2 victory against Davenport West on the 6th. As for Wilton, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 6-2 win against Calamus-Wheatland on the 6th.
