Soccer Game Preview: Kamiak vs. Arlington

The Kamiak Knights will challenge the Arlington Eagles at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Kamiak's last five matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Last Tuesday, Kamiak didn't have quite enough to beat Lake Stevens and fell 2-1. While losing is never fun, Kamiak can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington soccer rankings (they are ranked 104th, while Lake Stevens are ranked 13th).

Meanwhile, Arlington can bid farewell to their five-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They and Mariner finished up their game with a 2-2 draw. The result was nothing new for Arlington as the squad has yet to pick up a win this season.

With that draw, Arlington's record moves to 0-5-2. As for Kamiak, they now have a losing record of 2-3-2.
