Soccer Game Preview: Mission San Jose vs. James Logan

Mission San Jose managed to keep up with Moreau Catholic until halftime on Wednesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. Mission San Jose came up short against Moreau Catholic, falling 4-0. That's two games in a row now that the Warriors have lost by exactly four goals.

Meanwhile, on WednesdayIrvington kept up with James Logan until halftime, but afterwards: not so much. James Logan never let Irvington onto the board and left with a 5-0 victory. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Colts considering their one-goal performance the matchup before.

They hit Irvington with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Angel Vasquez (2), Damian Estrada, Alex Reynoso, and Hector Gonzalez.

James Logan is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-6-1 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 21 goals over those six contests. As for Mission San Jose, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-4.
