Soccer Game Preview: Spring vs. Westfield

The Spring Lions will take on the Westfield Mustangs at 5:45 p.m. on Wednesday.

Spring came up short against Aldine on Tuesday, falling 4-1.

Meanwhile, Westfield narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past Eisenhower 2-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Mustangs.

Westfield now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Spring, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which has put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season.

Spring beat Westfield 2-0 in their previous matchup back in January. Will Spring repeat their success, or does Westfield have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
