Softball Recap: Memorial Red Devils vs. McKinley Red Dragons
Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Memorial). They were the clear victors by a 14-1 margin over the McKinley Red Dragons on Saturday. The Red Devils haven't had any issues with the Red Dragons recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Bella Ornelas was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out eight over five innings pitched. Those eight strikeouts gave her a new career-high.
