Basketball Recap: Carlisle Piles Up the Points Against Central Dauphin East

Carlisle waltzed into their game on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They took their matchup with ease, bagging a 68-37 victory over the Central Dauphin East Panthers. The Thundering Herd have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three contests by 28 points or more this season.

Carlisle's record now sits at 6-3. As for Central Dauphin East, their loss dropped their record down to 2-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Carlisle will venture away from home to square off against Harrisburg at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Carlisle knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four games -- so hopefully Harrisburg likes a good challenge. As for Central Dauphin East, they are taking a road trip to take on York Suburban at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday.
