Recap: Georgetown Bulldogs vs. Dillon Wildcats
The Georgetown Bulldogs's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Wednesday after their 14th straight loss. They were dealt a 75-19 loss at the hands of Dillon. Georgetown was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 38-13.
Dillon found their leader in underclassman Treasure Davis, who almost dropped a double-double on 24 points and nine steals. Davis hasn't dropped below two steals for 15 straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Khwnylahi Mckinnon, who scored 19 points along with seven steals.
Georgetown dropped their record down to 2-22 with that loss, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season. As for Dillon, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 18-5.
Georgetown does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Dillon also has no future games currently scheduled.
