Soccer Recap: Eustis Takes a Loss

Monday just wasn't the day for Eustis's offense. They came up short against the Apopka Blue Darters on Monday, falling 4-0. While losing is never fun, the Panthers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 336th, while the Blue Darters are ranked 161st).

Eustis' loss dropped their record down to 5-5-2. As for Apopka, they now have a winning record of 8-7-1.

Eustis has already played their next match, a 4-0 victory against Leesburg on the 17th. As for Apopka, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 7-1 defeat against Oviedo on the 14th.
