It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Trinity Lutheran had no problem doing just that on Saturday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Faith Christian Eagles. Winning may never get old, but the Cougars sure are getting used to it with their eighth in a row.

Caya Stillings and Kelsey Olehy certainly did their best on Saturday to avoid the loss. Stillings had 31 digs and three assists, while Olehy had 17 assists and 12 digs. Olehy has been hot for a while, having posted 12 or more assists the last 15 times she's played.

Trinity Lutheran's win bumped their record up to 23-11. As for Faith Christian, with the loss, they broke their six-match winning streak and moved their record to 31-5.
