Soccer Recap: Pittsburg Takes a Loss

Pittsburg was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Pleasant Grove Hawks, falling 8-0. That's two games in a row now that the Pirates have lost by exactly eight goals.

Pittsburg's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Pleasant Grove, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-7.

Coming up, Pittsburg will take on Paris at 4:30 p.m. on February 18th. Paris will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something Pittsburg surely won't give up without a fight. As for Pleasant Grove, they have already played their next contest, a 4-0 win against North Lamar on the 14th.
