Volleyball Recap: Rincon/University Starts Season with Loss on the Road + How To Watch

Rincon/University had to start their season on the road on Thursday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They fell just short of the Buena Colts by a score of 3-2. If the Rangers were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Colts when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Rincon/University actually scored more points across those five sets (102-101), but sadly they still had to settle for second. The final score came out to 21-25, 25-20, 15-25, 25-19, 15-13.

Buena didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Sabino on the 29th. Hopefully Rincon/University paid attention to the Colts' contest: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Colts at 12:00 p.m. on Friday.
