Soccer Game Preview: North Pike vs. Florence

North Pike hasn't had much luck against Florence recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The North Pike Jaguars will be playing at home against the Florence Eagles at 5:00 p.m.

North Pike is headed into Thursday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game on Tuesday. They lost 7-0 to Brookhaven. That's two games in a row now that the Jaguars have lost by exactly seven goals.

Meanwhile, Florence waltzed into their game on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They put the hurt on the Braves with a sharp 5-1 win. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won nine contests by three goals or more so far this season.

They hit South Jones with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Jordyn Quick (2), Kadie Carroll (2), and Kamryn Frazier.

Florence's victory bumped their record up to 13-4. As for North Pike, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-12.
