While Jones County put up some points on Friday, the same can't be said for Hampton. The Greyhounds took their contest with ease, bagging a 27-0 win over the Hornets. The Greyhounds have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Hornets, too.

Bruno Hicks was nothing short of spectacular: he rushed for 121 yards and two scores while picking up 7.6 yards per carry. Those 121 rushing yards gave him a new career-high. Travis Miller helped out on the ground, rushing for 101 yards.

Jones County now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Hampton, their loss was their first of the season and also makes their record 2-1.
