Game recap: Anton High School Football Team takes down Whitharral

After taking the lead on a kick return touchdown by William Cole in the first quarter, Anton (Texas) was up 48-8 at the half.

The Bulldogs grew their lead to 46 points entering the fourth quarter. Anton's lone score in the quarter came on a touchdown run by Javier Savedra.

Whitharral's lone touchdown came on a pass in the first quarter.

The win brought Anton's winning streak to four games.

In a non-conference game next week Anton (4-0) takes on Wellman-Union, and Whitharral (1-3) will go up against Southland also in a non-conference game.
