Recap: West Seneca East Trojans vs. Kenmore East Bulldogs
The West Seneca East Trojans scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Wednesday. They walked away with a 50-39 win over Kenmore East.
West Seneca East found their leader in underclassman Melanie Marcezin, who scored 17 points along with nine rebounds and six assists. Marcezin hasn't dropped below two steals for six straight games. Another player making a difference was Serenity Velez, who scored nine points along with five rebounds.
West Seneca East now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Kenmore East, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
West Seneca East will look to defend their home court on Friday against Maryvale at 6:30 p.m. As for Kenmore East, they will head out on the road to face off against Niagara Falls at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
