Soccer Recap: Pioneer Takes a Loss

On Tuesday, the Pioneer Mustangs didn't have quite enough to beat the Menlo-Atherton Bears and fell 2-1. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Pioneer now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Menlo-Atherton, the win keeps them at an undefeated 3-0-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pioneer will face off against Leland at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Menlo-Atherton, they will take on Woodside at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Menlo-Atherton is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.7 goals per game this season.
