Basketball Recap: North Point Comes Up Short

North Point was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They were four points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 56-52 heartbreaker at the hands of the Bowling Green Bobcats.

North Point's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Bowling Green, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. North Point will host Orchard Farm at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Bowling Green, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Bowling Green Bobcats take on the Centralia Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Bowling Green's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three matchups.
