Walkertown extended their winning streak to four on Friday, bumping them up to 4-0. They came within five points of losing the streak, but they secured a 40-35 W against the East Surry Cardinals. That's more bragging rights for the Wolfpack, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Walkertown was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 235 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've posted since back in September of 2024.
