Washington Township and Rancocas Valley are an even 3-3 against one another since September of 2016, but not for long. The Minutemen will be playing at home against the Red Devils at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Washington Township will come into the matchup with an undefeated record on the line.

Washington Township is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They claimed a resounding 41-0 victory over Howell. The result was nothing new for the Minutemen, who have now won eight games by 21 points or more so far this season.

Colin Beeler and Cole Aquino were among the main playmakers for Washington Township as the former rushed for 79 yards and one touchdown and the latter threw for 97 yards and a pair of TDs while completing 90.9% of his passes. Gabe Palaganas was in the mix as well, providing the Minutemen with one score.

On the other side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Washington Township's defense and their four sacks. Jaylen Robinson refused to say out of the backfield, picking up three sacks all by himself. Washington Township received some extra help from Palaganas, whose fumble return for a touchdown made for one of the most unforgettable moments.

Meanwhile, Rancocas Valley never let their opponents score on Saturday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Hillsborough 33-0. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Red Devils' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' New Jersey football rankings (they are ranked 34th, while the Raiders are ranked 112th).

Washington Township's win bumped their record up to 10-0. As for Rancocas Valley, their victory bumped their record up to 6-4.

Everything went Washington Township's way against Rancocas Valley in their previous matchup back in October, as Washington Township made off with a 38-17 win. Do the Minutemen have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Red Devils turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
